Data & Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Stovd account and all associated data.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Stovd and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account, profile, pantry, recipes, and usage data are permanently removed.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@stovd.com from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and delete your data within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Account and authentication records
• Profile, dietary preferences, and allergens
• Pantry items, shopping lists, and recipes you created
• Usage counters and entitlement records

What may be retained

De-identified recipe entries already contributed to the shared recipe library may be retained (they are not linked to your identity). Records we must keep for legal or tax reasons (e.g. purchase receipts) are retained only as long as required by law.
